Each member charity has a four-digit code number next to it - these numbers are used to designate gifts on the campaign pledge form if you are participating in the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC).  Employees participating in corporate, state, or other types of campaigns should not use these codes and should check with the campaign coordinator or campaign materials provided to you for instructions on designating gifts.  If you cannot find an agency listing here or in your campaign materials, please check with your campaign coordinator.
